• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required each time.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Pending KYC verification may delay your withdrawal.
• Same Method Policy: Withdrawals are generally processed through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Third-Party Transactions Prohibited: Deposits and withdrawals using another person's account are not permitted.

If your account balance does not update after a deposit, please contact support with your transaction ID. Most cases are resolved within 30 minutes.

The following betting rules apply at all times on 305ok. Please read them carefully, as once a bet is placed, these rules are final.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 305ok cancels it on its own.
• Match Cancellation or Postponement: If a match is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, bets will be voided and stakes refunded in accordance with 305ok's policy.
• Live Betting: Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are the final odds that apply.
• Technical Issue: If a bet cannot be properly placed due to a server or network issue, 305ok reserves the right to void that bet.
• Incorrect Odds: If odds contain an obvious error, 305ok reserves the right to void the affected bet. This is rare but possible.

For any disputes regarding match results, 305ok follows the official ruling of the relevant sports governing body. 305ok's decision on such matters is final and binding.

305ok offers Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback, and Referral Bonuses from time to time. To claim and withdraw these bonuses, the following terms must be met:

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with a wagering (rollover) requirement. You must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before making a withdrawal.
• One Bonus Per Use: Each bonus can only be claimed once per user. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

• Participating in match-fixing or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event.
• Using the platform for arbitrage betting or systematic bonus abuse.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

305ok may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit required verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• If the user requests account closure themselves.

305ok will generally send an email or SMS notice before closing an account. However, in cases of rule violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily or request self-exclusion as part of responsible gambling, please contact support.
